Edward Epp is a hydrogeologist by training. Mr. Epp worked for the New York City - Water Supply Bureau for one year before moving to Charlottesville, Virginia to work for the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy's (DMME) Orphaned Lands Program. After the DMME, Mr. Epp spent 6 years with BHP Billiton's New Mexico Coal Company in Farmington, NM conducting Clean Water Act and SMCRA compliance for the company. Mr. Epp then served as a geologger at the Army Corps - Bolivar Dam Rehabilitation before joining the Regulatory Compliance group at EnviroScience, Inc. in August. He received his bachelor's degree from Albion College and master's degree from Syracuse University
